How do I get back to my notes?
Every notebook has its own link, like onlinenotebook.net/your-name. Bookmark it or copy it, then open it on any phone, tablet or computer to keep writing.
Can I choose my own notebook name?
Yes. Type a name in the box at the top (letters, numbers, dashes or underscores) and your notes are saved at that address. Pick something unique so it is hard to guess.
How do I share notes without letting people edit them?
After you type, Online Notebook gives you two links: an editable link for you, and a read-only link you can send to anyone. People with the read-only link can read and copy, but not change, your notes.
Are my notes private?
Your notebook is only reachable by people who know its link, and notebook pages are hidden from search engines. Anyone who has the editable link can change the notes, so don’t store passwords or sensitive personal information.
Can I see older versions of my notes?
Yes. Click History to see earlier versions of your notebook and restore any of them.
